Ricci Kiss
Ricci Kisembo is Chief Executive and Chief Marketing Officer of INFRA, where he leads the disciplined reconstruction of heritage houses through AI-Native retail infrastructure and vertically integrated brand control. With deep cross-border experience across Asia, he has driven brand revitalization and strategic expansion for global fashion groups. He holds a degree in Fashion Merchandising from LIM College in New York.
Jing Yin
Jing Yin is Co-Founder and Chairman of INFRA, where she guides the AI-Native transformation of heritage houses through the XR-Retailing model. With over two decades of experience in global fashion, she has led acquisitions and regional expansion across Asia for international brands. She holds a B.A. in Brand Management and Design from the Beijing Institute of Fashion and Technology.
Tanner Tan
Tanner Tan is Independent Non-Executive Director at INFRA, overseeing financial governance and capital strategy. With over two decades of experience in finance, business development, and eCommerce across China and global markets, he has led corporate turnarounds and held senior leadership roles across multinational organizations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting from the Central University of Finance and Economics, Beijing.
