INFRA springs into 2019, in the most compelling fashion. Our brand expansions in Asia continue robustly as we forge new Joint Venture partnerships, invest in talent, expand our retail presence, and innovate our infrastructure, all inspired by the long-term value we seek in outstanding brands.

2019 sees the expansion of our Board of Directors, evolving INFRA’s think tank into a dynamic strategic body that increases our company value and propels our model globally. Jing Yin, A Co-Founder of INFRA, seasoned entrepreneur and current China – Chief Executive of Golfino AG, takes helm as the Chairman of INFRA’s Board of Directors. Brian Bainping Shen, a senior marketing executive joins INFRA’s Board of Directors, lending a wealth of 20+ years of experience that includes his leadership roles at Leo Burnett and MullenLowe Group China (an Interpublic Group company). Tanner Tan, a senior finance and business executive joins INFRA’s Board of Directors, contributing experiences served in senior leadership roles at MullenLowe Group China, Burson-Masteller (now Burson Cohn & Wolfe “BCW”), American Express China, SmithKline Beecham China and GlaxoSmithKline China.

We will continue to evolve the business with our innovative Market Right model and our passion for design, quality and avant-guard marketing. We anticipate the near finalization of an equity fund that will accelerate our brand investment and acquisition activities. INFRA forges on in 2019 with a continued confidence in our belief that longterm upstream investments, in impactful aspirational luxury brands, will continue to be the optimum counter to eclipse current geopolitical and global market uncertainties. The reinforcement in our management and Board of Directors is reflective of this belief, lending credence to our brand and marketing investment endeavors.
