INFRA & Forbes on New Paradigm Consumerism

INFRA and Forbes Discuss a New Paradigm of Consumption That’ll Fuel Growth for Urban Cities! We believe Après-Luxury is the Future…

CHONGQING, CHINA — INFRA joined Forbes China Group at the “2022 Forbes China Urban Consumption Development Forum” for a dynamic discussion about consumption as a growth driver for urban cities. The forum theme centered on a “New Paradigm of Consumption” and the new driving forces that’ll fuel growth for urban cities throughout the next decade.

The perspective that “New Consumption as an Energy to fuel growth for Urban Cities” is something we at INFRA believe builds consumer centric communities. As a core aspect of our DNA, this theme strikes to the heart of how we invest. Forbes China brilliantly crafted a summit that we believe carries the right tone, at the right time, at a pivotal transformative period in China, and what we see as a New Paradigm of consumerism ahead which we define as Après-Luxury.

As a parallel event to the the 4th Western China International Investment and Trade Fair (WCIFIT), the 2022 Forbes China Urban Consumption Development Forum focused on the upstream and downstream of key industries in the consumption field and gathered leaders and executives of related industries, both locally in China and internationally.

INFRA Chief Executive & CMO – Ricci Kisembo likewise participated in a roundtable discussion, where he shared his vision of an Après-Luxury future, and the key fundamental changes that urban cities would make to attract the next wave of investments from global brands and retailers. Joining the stage with Mr. Kisembo were notable industry leaders in retail, including Galeries Lafayette China CEO – Lawrance Shum, TASAKI Asia Pacific Director and General Manager – Yusuke Mori, and Deloitte China Vice Chair – Dr. Norman Sze.
